The founder of Foundations and Futures and an accomplished international educator, workshop facilitator, and consultant, Katie has spent 22 years navigating the world’s most diverse educational systems.

Her career is defined by her leadership in some of the world’s most renowned institutions. From serving as Head of Early Years to holding pivotal Curriculum Director roles, Katie has shaped the educational framework of prestigious schools, including the United Nations International School (UNIS) in New York.

Beyond her leadership in schools, Katie’s commitment to the profession has been recognised at the highest levels. She has been awarded two prestigious Fellowships—one from the University of Warwick (UK) and one from the Chartered College of Teaching (UK). These are not mere titles; they are distinctions reserved for educators who have demonstrated a sustained commitment to excellence and a significant contribution to the field of education.

Throughout her career, Katie has also been a dedicated mentor to student teachers, guiding them through the complexities of the classroom and supporting them in achieving their own goals of becoming world-class international educators.
