My Story Started with a Journey...
Before Foundations and Futures became a catalyst for professional growth, my story began with a teacher on a global mission. At just 21 years old, I left the UK for Hong Kong, stepping into schools and beginning a career-defining transition into the world of elite International Schools.
As a lifelong learner, I didn’t just teach; I immersed myself in the diverse pedagogical landscapes of Hong Kong, New York, Dubai, and Singapore. In every city, I sought out the gold standard of professional development, learning how the world’s most innovative schools empower their staff. I witnessed firsthand the "aha moments" that happen when a teacher is equipped with the right tools—and more importantly, I saw how those moments directly translated into the best possible education for the children in our care.

Bridging the Gap in Professional Learning
Through my global travels, I identified a critical gap: international-quality professional development was often a luxury rather than a standard. I saw passionate educators everywhere who were hungry for the skills to impact their classrooms but lacked access to the world-class training I had experienced.
With that realisation, a mission was born—to make Foundations and Futures a bridge for educators everywhere. By making international-standard training accessible to all, my goal is to equip teachers with the skills and knowledge to transform their impact, ensuring every child receives an education that prepares them for a global future.
